Service status
Perseus Cloud is an optional, early-access managed layer. Availability, limits, plan features, and pricing may change. The local-first CLI and local Vault remain separate open-source software and are not dependent on this service.
Account and access
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting credentials and API keys, and promptly revoking compromised keys. Do not share an account or use another person’s credentials. We may suspend access for abuse, nonpayment, security risk, or a breach of these terms.
Permitted use
Use Cloud only for lawful workloads and within the documented plan limits. Do not probe, overload, reverse engineer, evade limits, submit malicious payloads, or use the service to make unsupervised safety, legal, medical, employment, financial, or mission-authority decisions.
Data classification: Cloud is not a classified, CUI, safety-critical, ATO, cATO, or CMMC-certified environment by virtue of this page. Use a local, on-premises, private-VPC, or separately contracted deployment when the data boundary requires it.
Customer data
You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant Perseus the limited operational permission needed to store, process, secure, and return that content as the service requests it. The privacy and retention pages describe the hosted boundary; do not submit data you are not authorized to process.
Billing
Paid plans are billed under the displayed order or agreement. Stripe processes payment details. Taxes, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and seat changes follow the applicable checkout or written order terms.
Intellectual property
Perseus software is licensed as stated for the relevant repository or distribution. These Cloud terms do not transfer Perseus trademarks, source code, or third-party rights.
Warranty and liability
Cloud is provided on an early-access and commercially reasonable basis. It is not a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, compliance, or fitness for a particular mission. You remain responsible for review, backups, deployment authority, and decisions made using outputs. Any negotiated warranty, service level, or liability limit must be in a signed agreement.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms with a new effective date. Material changes will be announced through the service or account contact where practical. Questions: [email protected].
